The power of Oz.
After years working as an Art Director for corporate and periodical publications in Spain, in 2006 I took the chance to redesign the magazine "The Adelaide Review" in Adelaide, Australia. Back home, I decided to start my own Editorial Design studio. I called it OZ ARTWORKS, because that trip to Oz (Australia, for the locals) changed somehow my life in many aspects.
OZ ARTWORKS is an Editorial Design Studio based in Zurich that works for international clients. We design, redesign and create graphic and written content for online and offline magazines and publications.

Project | Profiles. The life in the face.
In collaboration with the photographer and objectologist Jorge Subietas.
Jorge Subietas randomly takes pictures of Barcelonians who agree to pose a few seconds for him in the street. I write a fictional biography for every individual, according to the first sight. A different approach to what life sculpts on people’s faces, a way to confront prejudices in times of "fake news". Work in progress.

This project started for my own need of technical and specific vocabulary while working with international clients. I thought a proper dictionary could be useful for those in the same need. It is growing slowly with the word suggestions of the users and also with my own contributions.
